We invite you to join us Monday, April 27 at the Answer Restaurant on W. Broad St. for an opportunity to share some good food and drink with your fellow Safety Professionals and their family and friends. This event is more a mixer where we get to know one another and hopefully expand all of our contacts with others in the industry. No agenda but will let you all know about some of the upcoming meetings and events (we have a few new things on tap).

Also, we will introduce the candidates for the new Executive Team.  The Answer is owned by the same people who own Mekong and it is at the same address. Just park in lot behind where the Mekong is located and walk in The Answer from the back parking lot. They have a number of great brews and you can purchase food and drinks. We will be sitting outside behind the Answer (most of the time) but it is a great Trivia Night there on Monday if some of you want to participate in that. Great if you bring friends and family but please register them for planning purposes.

There will also be a raffle with exciting prizes!

Also, please put on your calendar Monday, May 18th at Noon at TRC Headquarters for a great talk from retired Fire Chief Jerry Pruden who is the Director of the Old Dominion Firefighters Burn Foundation. Among other things he will talk about the VCU Burn Unit.
