The Colonial Virgina Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals offers a sponsorship program to help your company reach the safety, health and environmental (SH&E) professionals in the Richmond area. With more than 215 members in the Chapter, we offer sponsors a way to directly target the people that buy products and services in this area.
Your sponsorship is a valuable part of the financial viability of our chapter that enhances the technical competency of safety and health professionals. Please choose one of the sponsorship options below.
Option 1 Platinum Sponsor
For your sponsorship payment of $1000.00, you are provided the following benefits.
- Separate branded web page on our website including content of your choice and link back to your web page
- 10 Minute speaking/presenting opportunity during 2 separate meetings
- 3 separate communications/emails/postings through the chapter’s communication medium to the chapter members with content of your choosing
- Acknowledgement of sponsorship on all chapter communications, emails, and postings including on the chapter website for a 12 month period
- 5 complementary tickets for attendance at chapter meetings with the meal
- Display table for literature/handouts at the chapter meetings
Option 2 Gold Sponsor
For your sponsorship payment of $750.00, you are provided the following benefits.
- Your company logo and name with website link on our website for an 10 month period
- 10 Minute speaking presenting opportunity during 1 meeting
- 2 separate communications/emails/postings through the chapter’s communication medium to the chapter members with content of your choosing
- Acknowledgement of sponsorship on all chapter communications, emails, and postings including on the chapter website for a 10 month period
- 3 complementary tickets for attendance at chapter meetings with the meal
- Display table for literature/handouts at the chapter meetings
Option 3 Silver Sponsor
For your sponsorship payment of $500.00, you are provided the following benefits.
- Your company logo and name with website link on our website for an 8 month period
- 10 Minute speaking/presenting opportunity during 1 meeting
- 1 communication of email or posting through the chapter’s communication medium to the chapter members with content of your choosing
- Acknowledgement of sponsorship on all chapter communications, emails, and postings including on the chapter website for a 8 month period
- 2 complementary tickets for attendance at chapter meetings with the meal
- Display table for literature/handouts at 3 chapter meetings
Option 4 Bronze Sponsor
For your sponsorship payment of $200.00, you are provided the following benefits.
- Your company brand or name displayed a the chapter meeting
- Sponsor table at the meeting
- Your company logo and name and website link on our website for the month of the sponsored meeting and on any meeting announcements
- Complementary ticket for attendance the meeting including the meal
